Privacy Policy

This is an English translation provided for information. In case of any discrepancy, the Hungarian version prevails.

KeeNet Kft. (the Controller) is committed to protecting personal data. This notice explains in plain language which personal data we process in connection with the website www.aianalytics.hu (the Website) and the AI Analytics service, for what purposes, on what legal basis and for how long, as well as your rights.

2. Legal framework

Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (General Data Protection Regulation, GDPR);
Hungarian Act CXII of 2011 on informational self-determination and freedom of information;
Hungarian Act CVIII of 2001 on electronic commerce services;
Hungarian Act C of 2000 on accounting.

3. Processing activities

3.1. Contact and quote requests (contact form, email, phone)

Data	name, email address, company name (optional), subject, message content, time of submission; phone number for phone enquiries
Purpose	answering your enquiry, preparing an offer, keeping in touch
Legal basis	your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR); for quote requests, steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR)
Retention	1 year after the enquiry is closed or until consent is withdrawn; if a contract is concluded, as described in 3.2

You may withdraw your consent at any time without giving reasons by writing to info@aianalytics.hu. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing before the withdrawal.

3.2. Contracts, subscriptions and invoicing

Data	name, email, phone and position of the client’s contact person; billing data (company name, address, tax number)
Purpose	concluding and performing the subscription contract, communication, invoicing
Legal basis	performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR); legitimate interest regarding contact persons of corporate clients (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR); legal obligation for accounting records (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR, Section 169 of the Hungarian Accounting Act)
Retention	5 years after the contract ends (civil law limitation period); accounting records are kept for 8 years

When providing the AI Analytics service (querying AI platforms, analyses, reports) we generally process data about brands, products and public content, not personal data. Where the service involves personal data (e.g. analysing a personal brand), we conclude a separate data processing agreement with the client.

3.3. Server logs and security

Data	IP address, time of request, requested URL, browser type (user agent), referrer, HTTP status code
Purpose	secure and reliable operation of the Website, troubleshooting, preventing abuse (e.g. flooding and spam attempts)
Legal basis	the Controller’s legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR)
Retention	up to 30 days, or until a security incident has been investigated

3.4. Cookies and third-party services

The Website does not use cookies, analytics, advertising or tracking code, and does not load content from third-party servers: fonts and all other resources are served from our own server. Therefore no cookie consent is requested. Should this change, we will update this notice in advance.

4. Processors and recipients

The Controller uses the following processors, who may only process data on the Controller’s instructions and to the extent necessary for their service:

Hosting provider: www.keenet.io – hosting the Website and log files;
Email provider: www.keenet.io – delivering and storing contact messages;

We do not transfer personal data to third countries (outside the European Economic Area). Data may be disclosed to authorities to the extent required by law.

5. Data security

We protect data with appropriate technical and organisational measures: the Website is only available over encrypted (HTTPS/TLS) connections, only authorised persons have access to the servers, systems are updated regularly and the Website does not store personal data in a database. Messages sent via the contact form go directly to our company mailbox.

6. Your rights

access to your personal data and a copy of it (Art. 15 GDPR);
rectification of inaccurate or incomplete data (Art. 16 GDPR);
erasure (“right to be forgotten”) where there is no further legal basis (Art. 17 GDPR);
restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR);
data portability for data processed on the basis of consent or contract (Art. 20 GDPR);
objection to processing based on legitimate interest (Art. 21 GDPR);
withdrawal of consent at any time (Art. 7(3) GDPR).

Send your request to info@aianalytics.hu or by post to our registered office. We respond within one month; this may be extended by two further months where necessary, in which case we will inform you. Information and actions are free of charge.

7. Remedies

If you believe that the processing of your personal data infringes the law, please contact us first so that we can resolve the issue together. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority:

8. Changes to this notice

The Controller may amend this notice, in particular due to changes in legislation or new processing activities. The current version is always available on the Website.
